For 2008, large guns such as Floyd Landis showed for The Whiskey Off-Road this yearmaking it a vary painful, very fast 50 mile off-road race. At 9am the wood screws were turned as the filed rolled out on the start. Before the initial singletrack, the field had been split into three or four groups with me, just then voluntarily tailing off the second group to see open single track for a while.
On my 4 day AZT experience, I packed pretty well but there were still some adjustments & realizations over the days. Over the four days, these are some of the things I tuned in on:

It was another fine spring day. Shultz creek is already on the wane but man it’s been awesome. . After a killer snow season, riding is on again. I saw Tool-Time, Sanchez & Chad on the trail today. The Salad days are nie.
